Sinteredneodymium iron boron magnet is one of our main products, and it is the highest magnetism among highest permanent magnetic material scurrently. Sintered neodymium iron boron magnet can be cut, processed and madeinto complex shapes magnets. The maximum magnetic energy product of sintered neodymium iron boron magnet is about 5 ~ 15 times than sintered ferrite. Intheory, its magnetic energy product can reach to 527 KJ/m3 (66 MGOe), and theycan even absorb the object which is 640 times of their own weight. Sintered neodymium iron boron magnet is mainly used in high performance motor, the voicecoil in the disk drive horse, brushless motor at first. Other applications include magnetic separation, magnetic resonance imaging, sensor, speaker, etc. In anenvironment of high humidity, high temperature and high acidity, sintered neodymium iron boron magnet has to make table surface coating processing. Recently, with the innovation of ingredients and the process of technology, corrosion resistance and temperature stability have made significant improvement.

Ferrite magnets mainly have two kinds: barium ferrite and strontium ferrite, and ferritemagnets are also divided into isotropic magnet andanisotropic magnets. Isotropic ferrite magnetic has the same magnetic in anydirection and multi-polar magnetization to any direction. Main raw material offerrite magnets is oxide, so it is not affected by high temperature, high humidityor chemical impact and corrosion. Because of cheap raw materials, and itsproduction process is relatively simple, so the cost is low. Therefore, the ferrite magnets are still the most widely used permanent magnet materials up to now. Alarge number of applications in permanent magnet motor, DC motor, speaker, dryreed pipe, magnetic separator, and adsorption device, etc. Ferrite magnets have excellent demagnetization impedance in assembly and without flux loss beforeand after magnetization. Besides, ferrite magnets’ hardness is big, so it can becutting, grinding and processing.
